Combat

Melee

  • New Combat Bility: Crushing Strike (Bashing)
    • On next swing, increase crit chance to 100%. 5-20 bonus damage dealt and target stamina drained by 10-30
  • Shout now affects monsters with the same team type.
  • Shout ability damage and duration increased.
  • Range increased on shout.
  • Shout duration increased to 8.
  • Rock bombardment dodgeable
  • Removed backstab from Rapier
  • Mage staffs no longer fire a projectile during auto attack

Stealth

  • Line of sight now applies to Stealth application.
  • Shadow Run has been disabled.
  • Witnessing a player enter Stealth allows you to see the player.
  • Stealth now cancels any spells that are being cast.
  • Activating stealth cancels precast spells

Casting

  • Spell damage increased across the board
  • Frostbolt damage decreased, critical chance increased.
  • Wizard Staves auto ranged attack removed.
  • Spell casts can now be cancelled with ESC
  • Mana Gathering now breaks on ability use and has been buffed.

  • Increased bonus range on charged bolt to 8

Crafting

  • You no longer need to learn the recipe before crafting an item.
  • Woodsmithing recipes reorganized, gain shields, shields and decorations from other crafts.
  • Salvaging skill has been removed – Salvaging is now linked to each individual crafting skill.

  • Reduce crafting timer to 2 seconds
  • Lowered available refined resources from store.
  • Adjusted leather hides to leather to 1:1, reduced leather recipes by 50%.

Animal Ken & Beastmastery

  • Owner Relationship Stats:
  • Trust – Willingness to listen to owner
  • Loyalty – Willingness to defend owner
  • New Ability
    • Dominance – Owners control over the pet contrary to any loyalty or trust.
  • Command Chain
    • When commanding a pet, (assuming you meet the skill requirements for the command), a pet’s trust is verified to determine if they will obey your commands willingly. If they fail to trust you, dominance is checked to see if you are able to force them to obey.
    • When a command fails, the pet will ignore follow up commands for a short duration after the failure.
    • Successful commands will increase Dominance.
    • If a pet is told to attack a significantly stronger target, it will lose trust and loyalty for its owner.
    • If the owner is not near the pet while it is fighting, it will lose trust, loyalty and dominance.
    • If the owner is invisible while the pet is fighting the it will lose trust, loyalty and dominance.
  • Pet stats will now scale with Animal Ken and damage will scale with beast mastery skill.

      • Bonus stats to pet and owner, scaling with the difference in stats.
  • If a pet loses all trust or loyalty, they may go wild.
  • Evaluate shows control difficulty on pets you own.
